Tom Thumb is a Dare County native who grew up and worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years. His passion and expertise for cooking and serving folks is unmatched, some say! It runs in the family, considering Tom's mother, Doris, better known as "Duchess", owned and operated the Duchess of Dare restaurant for over 50 years! Talk about a legacy to leave her son!
